Founded in 1980, Rick Kazigian Home Improvement is a family-owned and operated residential home improvement company serving homeowners throughout Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Rick Kazigian began the business with nothing more than a pickup truck and a strong work ethic, offering roofing and siding services to neighbors in his local community. Prior to starting his own company, Rick worked in residential construction building homes for other contractors, gaining hands-on experience that laid the foundation for a career spanning more than 45 years in the home improvement industry. Much of his inspiration comes from his father, whose values of honesty, craftsmanship, and pride in one’s work continue to guide the business today.

Over the decades, the company has expanded its services to include roofing using asphalt shingles and metal, siding of all types, windows, doors, decks, garages, kitchens, small home additions, and custom carpentry. All work is residential only. With thousands of completed projects and a long list of satisfied homeowners, Rick Kazigian Home Improvement has built a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

The team is intentionally small, allowing for hands-on oversight and consistent results. Two team members have been with the company for over 25 years, reflecting the loyalty, experience, and professionalism that homeowners can expect on every job. Every project is approached with the same care and attention as if it were Rick’s own home, resulting in clean job sites, respectful service, and long-lasting results built with high-quality materials, including trusted brands like CertainTeed.
